What a typical month looks like
Week one: audit, set or revise targeting, brief creative. Week two: ship creative, launch new campaigns. Week three: read the data, kill what isn't working. Week four: measure, draft the report.
Where the retainer scales
More platforms is the main scaler. Each platform has its own creative spec, audience tooling, and attribution layer. Ad spend above $25k/mo scales the percentage fee. Creative cadence (multiple refreshes per month) is the third lever.
What we will not do
Run ads on a site we can't measure conversions from. Run ads for products where the unit economics don't already work. Buy fake engagement of any kind.

- Yes, as a project rather than a retainer. We have an in-house video pipeline for short-form ads.
- Will you take over our existing ad account?
- Yes. We work in your account, never under our agency wrapper. You keep the history, the data, and the audiences.
- ROAS we should expect?
- Varies wildly by category. We don't promise a number until we've seen 30 days of your data. We do promise transparent reporting on what we did and why.
- Lock-in?
