What a typical month looks like

Week one: audit, set or revise targeting, brief creative. Week two: ship creative, launch new campaigns. Week three: read the data, kill what isn't working. Week four: measure, draft the report.

Where the retainer scales

More platforms is the main scaler. Each platform has its own creative spec, audience tooling, and attribution layer. Ad spend above $25k/mo scales the percentage fee. Creative cadence (multiple refreshes per month) is the third lever.

What we will not do

Run ads on a site we can't measure conversions from. Run ads for products where the unit economics don't already work. Buy fake engagement of any kind.

Can you do just creative?
Yes, as a project rather than a retainer. We have an in-house video pipeline for short-form ads.
Will you take over our existing ad account?
Yes. We work in your account, never under our agency wrapper. You keep the history, the data, and the audiences.
ROAS we should expect?
Varies wildly by category. We don't promise a number until we've seen 30 days of your data. We do promise transparent reporting on what we did and why.
Lock-in?
